At Pure Roasted Coffee, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below for guidance on returning items and eligibility for refunds:
Perishable Items:
- Coffee: Due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. If your coffee order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.Β
Shipping Fees:
- Express Shipping: Any charges incurred for express shipping, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or other overnight or Express Shipping services, are non-refundable.
- Ground Shipping: Refunds for ground shipping charges will only be issued if our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged. Please notify us promptly if you receive a damaged shipment.
How to Request a Refund:
